Selection and Announcement of Experts under the Law Concerning the Protection of Biodiversity through Regulations on the Use of Genetically Modified Organisms
The competent minister shall select persons with specialized knowledge and experience concerning adverse effects on biological diversity (hereinafter "Experts"), and shall prepare and announce the register of names of the experts, under the Law Concerning the Protection of Biodiversity through Regulations on the Use of Genetically Modified Organisms (Law No.97 of 2003).
The Ministry of the Environment (MOE) announced the revision to the register of names of experts consulted by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Minister of the Environment.
