(Announcement) 4th Asia-Pacific Biodiversity Observation Network (AP-BON) Workshop and AP-BON Science Symposium to be held
The Biodiversity Center of Japan, Nature Conservation Bureau will organize the 4th Asia-Pacific Biodiversity Observation Network (AP-BON) Workshop and AP-BON Science Symposium in Tokyo from December 2 to 4, 2011. The workshop and symposium aim to discuss the role and future activities of biodiversity monitoring and sharing of data on biodiversity in the Asia-Pacific region, especially for assessing progress toward the achievement of the "Aichi Biodiversity Targets" adopted at the 10th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD/COP-10).
