Result of the Public Comments for the Notice on the Result of the assessment on the Noxious Liquid Substance based on the Law related to the Prevention of Marine Pollution and Maritime Disaster
On October 18, 2011, the MOE proclaimed the Notice on the result of the assessment on the Noxious Liquid Substance based on the Law relating to the Prevention of Marine Pollution and Maritime Disaster.
Before the proclamation of the Notice, MOE carried out the Public Comment from August 17 (Wed) to September 17 (Sat), 2011 and received 1 opinion on this issue. MOE dealt with this opinion appropriately.
