Celebration for the United Nations Decade on Biodiversity in Aichi-Nagoya: 1st National Meeting on Biodiversity to be held
The 10-year period between 2011 and 2020 is the "United Nations Decade on Biodiversity (UNDB)" as proclaimed by the United Nations.
In October, the Japan Committee for UNDB, MOE, Aichi Prefecture, and Nagoya City will hold the "Celebration for the United Nations Decade on Biodiversity in Aichi-Nagoya" in Nagoya City of Aichi Prefecture, as their concerted effort.
As part of the celebration, the 1st National Meeting on Biodiversity will also be held in Nagoya City on October 29, 2011.
