Formulation of Verification Tests Protocol and Invitation application for Verification Organizations of The ETV Project Concerning Heat-Island Mitigation Technologies to Reduce Air Conditioning and Other Loads by Using Building Envelope Systems in FY 2011

The MOE adopted the Protocol (fourth version) for Verification Tests in the Project of the Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) in the Field of Heat-Island Mitigation Technologies to Reduce Air Conditioning and Other Loads by Using Building Envelope Systems in FY 2011.

"The Japan Testing Center for Construction Materials" which is this fiscal year's Verification Management Organization has started to invite applications for any verification organizations for this project. The closing date for the acceptance of applications will be on June 3, 2011.

The Verification Organization carries out by entrustment with the Verification Management Organizations in Fee-based system as follows:
- Establishment of fee detail for verification tests
- Invitations, examination and selection of Verification Technologies
- Settlement verification test plans
- Implementation of verification tests
- Drawing up report of verification test results
