The Promulgation of the Ministerial Ordinance to amend a part of the Enforcement Regulation of Air Pollution Control Law Etc. and the Results of Public Comments
The MOE promulgated the Ministerial Ordinance to amend a part of the Enforcement Regulation of Air Pollution Control Law Etc. on March 16, 2011.
The notification will come into effect on April 1, 2011.
The MOE has also announced the results of public comments regarding the plan to amend a part of the Enforcement Regulation of the Air Pollution Control Law and the Enforcement Regulation of the Water Pollution Control Law.
Public comments were invited from January 24, 2011 to February 22, 2011.
The MOE would like to thank the general public for submitting their comments.
