Results of the Public Comments Invited in Regard to the Draft of the Proposed Revisions of the Environmental Quality Standard for Soil and the Requirements for Designating a Countermeasure Area for Agricultural Land Soil Pollution

The MOE invited public comments on "the Draft of the Proposed Revisions of the Environmental Quality Standard for Soil Pertaining to Cadmium (Agricultural Land) and the Requirements for Designating a Countermeasure Area for Agricultural Land Soil Pollution." The comments were accepted from April 2, 2010 to May 1, 2010. Upon the deliberation at the Soil and Agricultural Chemical Committee of the Central Environment Council, the final report was submitted to the Minister of the Environment on May 18, 2010.
