The Upcoming Fifth Meeting of the Regional EST Forum in Asia

The MOE of Japan, United Nations Centre for Regional Development (UNCRD), Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Thailand, and United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN ESCAP) will jointly organize the Fifth Meeting of the Regional EST (Environmentally Sustainable Transport) Forum in Asia in Bangkok, Thailand on August 23-25, 2010.

The Regional EST Forum in Asia is a high-level policy dialogue among governments in Asian nations with the objective of achieving environmentally sustainable transport. The MOE of Japan will continue its active efforts towards achieving environmentally sustainable transport in Asian region, in cooperation with related agencies including the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Japan.
