Monitoring Results of Asbestos Concentration in Ambient Air in FY 2009
To understand the current state of air pollution by asbestos and to get basic information for measures in the future, the MOE has monitored asbestos concentration in ambient air in 50 areas (142 points) in FY 2009. According to the results, a serious level of asbestos concentration was not detected in ambient air or in the border area of demolition work sites except for some areas inside of those sites.
