Selection of Experts on Protection of Biodiversity Regulations on Genetically Modified Organisms
The competent Minister shall select persons with specialized knowledge and experience concerning the adverse effects on biological diversity (hereinafter "Experts"), and shall prepare and announce the registration of names of the experts, under the Law Concerning the Protection of Biodiversity through Regulations on the Use of Genetically Modified Organisms (Law No.97 of 2003).
The MOE announced the revision of the registration of names of experts consulted by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Minister of the Environment.
