Senior Vice-Minister of the Environment, Issei Tajima, to attend the "Green Wave 2010"

On May 22, which is the International Day for Biological Diversity (IDB) proclaimed by the United Nations, a family event dubbed "Let's learn about biodiversity" will take place at the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (Nihon Kagaku Miraikan) as a part of the "Green Wave 2010" under the auspices of the National Land Afforestation Promotion Organization and the Forests Culture Association (co-hosted by the MOE, the MLIT, the Forestry Agency and the Asahi Shimbun Company).
Senior Vice-Minister of the Environment, Issei TAJIMA, will attend the event.
