The MOE has made this year a start in the Overseas Development based on the Japanese model of Environmental Technologies and has invited persons with relevant knowledge and experience and environmental experts. Plans for the strategic development of Japanese measures for environmental pollution and environmental measurement technologies with regulatory systems and human resources in Asian countries will be examined and some pilot projects will be implemented in certain regions.
