The MOE has compiled information about the FY 2008 enforcement status with respect to the number of notifications of smoke and soot emitting facilities, VOC emitting facilities, general particulate emitting facilities, specified particulate emitting facilities, specified particulate emitting works, and the state of administrative duties regulated by the Air Pollution Control Act at prefectures and ordinance-designated cities specified by the Order for Enforcement of the Air Pollution Control Act (hereinafter referred to as "prefectures").
