The Expansion Working Group (WG) Meeting and the second WG meeting of the ETV Project for Heat-Island Mitigation Technologies to Reduce Air Conditioning and Other Loads by Using Building-Envelope Systems in FY2009 to be held and an invitation for opinions.

The Ministry of the Environment (MOE) will hold the Expansion WG meeting and the second WG meeting of the Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) Project on Thursday, October 8, 2009 as follows;

The Expansion WG meeting will be open to the public from 10:00 to 11:00. (Application required in advance, in Japanese only.) The Second WG meeting is closed-door from 11:00 to 12:00.
Both meetings are to be held at the same location.

The aim of the Expansion WG meeting is to examine and construct an overall more effective system. Comments and opinions are invited from the public concerning the construction of a more effective ETV system.
