Open call for participants in the "2009 Urban Community Bicycle Pilot Programs"
The Ministry of the Environment will be recruiting companies to act as Verification Management Organizations for Urban Community Bicycle Pilot Programs for considering measures to introduce bike-sharing programs in Japan.
The application deadline is Friday, July 17th, 2009.
