Report on Test Results for the Environmental Technology Verification in FY2008 - the ETV Project Concerning Heat-Island Mitigation Technologies to Reduce Air Conditioning and Other Loads by Using Building Envelope Systems -

The pertinent verification organizations: The Japan Testing Center for Construction Materials, the Research Institute of Environment, Agriculture, and Fisheries (the Osaka Prefectural Government), and the Japan Paint Inspection and Testing Association have compiled reports on tests conducted in FY2008 in the ETV Project concerning heat-island mitigation technologies for reducing air conditioning and other loads by using building envelope systems.
The Ministry of the Environment of Japan (MOE) has approved these result reports.

The ETV Project is a program launched by the MOE in FY2008 in order to undertake trial implementation of advanced environmental technologies and objectively verify their performance based on the experience of pilot projects for ETV from FY2003.
