Result of pilot test to set the temperature 2 degrees C lower when heating at "Ario-Sapporo" in Hokkaido (WARM BIZ feeling temperature survey)

Ministry of the Environment conducted a customer questionnaire survey on the pilot test to set the temperature 2 degrees C lower than usual at "Ario-Sapporo", a complex facility in Sapporo City, Hokkaido (WARM BIZ feeling temperature survey) from December 7 to 10. The result is as follows.

1. Result

As per attached "WARM BIZ Feeling Temperature Survey Result." 0.6% answered "felt cold, " 93.1% "comfortable" or "no problem despite a bit cold" and 5.7% "felt hot." Also 96.7% encouraged to continue this approach to lower the preset temperature when heating.

For this favorable result, this approach is "Ario-Sapporo" is out in other stores and 43% said that this approach should be carried out at all the floors.
