Initiatives for Chemicals Management to Promote Nature-Positive

Biodiversity loss, climate change, and pollution are interrelated global challenges, with pollution recognized as one of the major drivers of biodiversity loss. In light of the Kunming–Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework and the Global Framework on Chemicals (GFC), there is growing international recognition of the need for new approaches that generate synergies across these three crises. From this perspective, new initiatives in chemicals management are also being explored to enhance such synergistic effects.
