(1) Effectively implementing the Action Plan based on progress review

A. Adopting a scheme to implement and review the Action Plan

A scheme to implement and review the Action Plan (including Operative Plans) shall be discussed and decided by Ministries and Agencies concerned by the end of fiscal 1995.
