"Zero Carbon City International Forum" to be held

The Ministry of the Environment, Japan (MOEJ), in collaboration with the Office of Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, United States of America, will hold the "Zero Carbon City International Forum" online on March 9 (Wed.) and 10 (Thu.), 2022.

With the aim of accelerating the decarbonization efforts of subnational worldwide, this forum invites various cities, regions and related organizations from Japan and abroad to share leading subnational climate policies and actions, to encourage city to city collaborations and to discuss how multi-level governance can facilitate local and national climate actions.
