Partial revision of the Regulations for Enforcement of the Act on the Prevention of Adverse Ecological Impacts Caused by Designated Invasive Alien Species.

As a result of the designation of Lepisiota frauenfeldi and others as Designated Invasive Alien Species based on "the Act on the Prevention of Adverse Ecological Impacts Caused by Designated Invasive Alien Species" (Act No.78 of 2004, hereinafter "Invasive Alien Species Act"), "Regulations for Enforcement of the Act on the Prevention of Adverse Ecological Impacts Caused by Designated Invasive Alien Species" (Order of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and Ministry of the Environment No. 2 of 2005) were partially revised and the regulation starts from November 2, 2020.

No opinions were submitted regarding the public comment conducted from September 14, to October 13, 2020.
