Partial Amendment to the Enforcement Ordinance of the Law Relating to the Prevention of Marine Pollution and Maritime Disaster
A cabinet ordinance partially amending the enforcement ordinance of the Law Relating to the Prevention of Marine Pollution and Maritime Disaster will be endorsed by the Cabinet on October 6, 2006. The amendment, which changes the categorization of hazardous liquid substances, is made in order to ensure implementation of an amendment of Annex II of Protocol of 1978 relating to the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973.
