Under the general supervision of the MoE, the ETV Program is administered with the collaboration as well as cooperation of a verification management organization which conducts planning and publicity activities for the dissemination of the Program and also studies, etc. for the smooth implementation of the Program and verification organizations which are established based on the principle of one organization in each technology field and which conduct the verification test, etc.
