Scope and limitations of use

The logo mark can be used actively for the following purposes. For use for the following purposes, it is not necessary to notify or approve the verification related organizations such as the Ministry of the Environment.

1. Use for introduction of this verification program to newspapers, magazines, academic papers, websites, etc.
2. Use for introduction and advertisement of the target technology for which the verification test result report has been approved
3. Use for self-indicating for selected as a Verification Management organization or Verification organization during the period.
4. Use to show the efforts for environmental conservation with verified technology during the period.

1. The color scheme of the common logo mark shall be shown on Attachment, and other color schemes cannot be used.
2. The logo should be displayed so that it can be easily identified as an independent mark.
3. Do not cut, split or deform the logo mark. However, it is possible to change the overall size of the logo mark.
4. When using on the website, the logo mark should be a hot link to the Environmental Technology verification program website (http://www.env.go.jp/policy/etv/).

Please do not use in a situation where you have any guarantees, certifications, approvals, etc. on the companies, products, technologies, services, etc. of the verified technology by the verification related organizations (Ministry of the Environment, verification Management Organization, verification Organization) .

Instructions for improvement

1. The verification operation organization, in cooperation with the verification organization, regularly monitors the usage status of the verified technology through websites, etc., and uses the logo mark and verification test result report without complying with the implementation guidelines. When the case is confirmed, it can be promptly reported to the Ministry of the Environment and alerted as necessary.
2. The Ministry of the Environment is a person who uses the logo mark and the verification test result report, and does not comply with this Implementation Guideline, and there is a risk of malicious acts such as damaging the credibility of the environmental technology verification program. If there is no improvement in spite of warning, to those who use the logo mark and the verification test result report with the cooperation of the verification management organization and the verification organization, You can take the following actions:
   (1) Stop using the logo mark and the verification test result report immediately.
   (2) Immediately stop the publication of the logo mark and the verification test result report.

　

Others

• When using the logo mark and the verification test result report, please observe the “Environmental Labeling Guidelines” (January 2008, Ministry of the Environment) in addition to the matters to be observed regarding the use of the logo mark.

　

Transitional measures

• You can also use the logo mark of the Environmental Technology verification program for the technologies verified in the Environmental Technology verification Model program. In this case, the verification number will be the verification number issued in the environmental technology verification model program.
  In addition, if an (*)old logo mark has been issued and there is an old logo mark printed on a product or catalog, the old logo mark can be used. Updates will be made after a new logo is issued.
