6th International Symposium on Environmental Endocrine Disrupters will be held for three days, beginning December 3rd 2003, at Sendai International Center under the sponsorship of Ministry of the Environment.

Objectives (draft):
 -To share information concerning initiatives taken by various countries of the world for dealing with endocrine disrupters-related issues;
-To discuss the direction of future research on endocrine disrupters through international cooperation; and
-To provide an opportunity for an exchange of opinions on chemicals that various stakeholders (e.g. general public, NGOs, technical experts, industry and government) may have.
Speakers (tentative):
 Approximately 50 speakers (researchers, administrative officers) will be invited both domestically and abroad.

December 4 and 5:Program for experts
