90th Anniversary Ceremony for the designation of National Park Unzen

Minister Ito visited Unzen City, Nagasaki Prefecture, where he participated in the 90th Anniversary Ceremony for the designation of National Park Unzen, which was the first designated National Park in Japan. He also observed a decarbonization initiative (traditional warming up of sake using hot spring heat) and other efforts at Unzen Jigoku (Unzen Hell) in Unzen City, which was registered as the first Zero Carbon Park in Kyushu.
