Signing of Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of environmental protections by Japan and the Republic of the Philippines

Minister Ito and H.E. Ms. Maria Antonia Yulo Loyzaga, Secretary  of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources of the Republic of the Philippines, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of environmental protections, and the documents were exchanged in the presence of Prime Minister Kishida Fumio and President Ferdinand Marcos.
