Results of the Selection of Verification Organizations and an Invitation for Target Verification Technologies for the FY 2008 ETV Project on Heat-Island Mitigation Technology (for Reducing Air Conditioning Loads by using Building Envelope Systems, etc)

The Ministry of the Environment (MOE) selected the Osaka Prefectural Government, the Japan Testing Center for Construction Materials and the Japan Paint Inspection and Testing Association as the verification organizations for the FY 2008 Project of the Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) on heat-island mitigation technology (for reducing air conditioning loads by using building envelope systems, etc).
The Osaka Prefectural Government, the Japan Testing Center for Construction Materials and the Japan Paint Inspection and testing Association invite target verification technologies in this field to apply from today until October 10th.

The ETV Project is a program which was launched by MOE in FY 2008 in order to undertake implementations of advanced environmental technologies and objectively verify their performances based on the experience of the Pilot Project of the ETV from 2003.
