Results of Public Comments Regarding "Draft Public Notice on Partial Revision of Public Notice for Necessary Matters Concerning Regulations of Non-road Special Motor Vehicles"

The Ministry of the Environment (MOE) has announced results of public comments regarding "Draft Public Notice on Partial Revision of Public Notice Providing for Necessary Matters Concerning Regulation of Non-road Special Motor Vehicles". The public comments had been collated between February 1, 2007 to March 2, 2007.

The MOE reopens the invitation for broad public comments for the newly revised draft regarding additional factors. Comments will be accepted from December 27, 2007 to January 26, 2008.

The draft is a revision on fuel specification prescribed by Article 3 of "Public Notice Providing for Necessary Matters Concerning Regulation of Non-road Special Motor Vehicles" (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, and Ministry of the Environment Notification No. 1 of 2006).
