Results of the 5th Workshop on Environmental Monitoring of Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) in East Asian Countries

The Ministry of the Environment of Japan (MOE) held the above-mentioned Workshop from 20 to 22 November 2007, in Kyoto (venue: Kyoto International Conference Center, Takaragaike, Sakyo-ku, Kyoto). Approximately 30 government officials and/or experts from 10 countries in the East Asia sub-region participated in the Workshop.
The Workshop adopted the chairperson's summary as attached.
