Central Environment Council Opinions Submitted regarding Practical Guidelines Developed for Designing the New Fundamental Plan for Establishing a Sound Material-Cycle Society

Based on the provisions of the Fundamental Law for Establishing a Sound Material-Cycle Society, the Subcommittee for the Planning of a Sound Material-Cycle Society of the Central Environment Council discussed and put together practical guidelines for designing the new Fundamental Plan for Establishing a Sound Material-Cycle Society. The Central Environment Council recently submitted its opinions to the Minister of the Environment (MOE) regarding the practical guidelines.
Based on the opinions, the MOE is planning to set forth the new Fundamental Plan for Establishing a Sound Material-Cycle Society within the current fiscal year, after going through the necessary procedures
