Public Comments are Invited Regarding the Proposal "Revisions on the Registration Withholding Standards for Pesticide Residues in Forage Crops"

The MOE is inviting public comments regarding the Proposal for "Revisions on the Registration Withholding Standards for Pesticide Residues in Forage Crops". Comments will be accepted from June 6, 2016 to July 5, 2016.

This proposal is to clarify the standards for pesticide residues in forage crops.

These standards will be established under Paragraph 2, Article 3 of the Agricultural Chemicals Regulation Law.

All procedures related to this invitation will be conducted in Japanese and comments must also be submitted in Japanese.
