Promulgation of the Amendment to the Amendment of the Enforcement Regulation of the Effluent Standards (Review of the Provisional Effluent Standards of Boron, Fluoride and Nitrate-N etc. based on the Water Pollution Control Law)

The amendment to the amendment of the enforcement regulation of the effluent standards was promulgated on June 10, 2013, and will come into effect on July 1, 2013.

This amendment provides new provisional effluent standards of boron, fluoride and nitrate-N etc. based on the Water Pollution Control Law, to be effective after July 1, 2013, when the present provisional effluent standards concerning these substances will expire.

The MOE has announced the results of public comments regarding the plan to amend the Amendments to the Enforcement Regulation of the Effluent Standards.
Public comments were invited from April 19, 2013 to May 20, 2013.
