Notice of promulgation of the "Substances designated by the Minister of the Environment based on the decision of MEPC" and the results of the public comments

The MOE announces that a notification for amendment of the "Substances specified by the Minister of the Environment based on the judgment by International Maritime Organization Marine Environment Protection Committee (December 2006, MOE notification No. 148)" was promulgated on November 11, 2011. Also, MOE announces the results of the public comments invited from September 9 (Fri) to October 11 (Tue), 2011 regarding "a notification for amendment of the 'Substances specified by the Minister of the Environment based on the judgment by International Maritime Organization Marine Environment Protection Committee (notification)'" (draft).
