Results of the Public Comments Regarding the Draft of the Outline of the Ministerial Ordinance, etc. on the Partial Amendment of the Enforcement Regulation of the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act (SCCA)

The MOE invited and compiled public comments regarding the draft of the outline of the partially amended Enforcement Regulation of the SCCA, the partially amended Ministerial Ordinance on the Licensed Business Operator of Contaminated Soil, and also the Public Notice about the standard of construction method for the change of the characteristics of the land in a managed area of reclaimed land.
Public comments were received from February 22 to March 23, 2011, and from March 17 to April 16, 2011 for the additional contents.
