Announcement of the "Seminar on Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) Program under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) in USA"

The MOE and the National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES) will hold the "Seminar on Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) Program under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) in USA" at the United Nations University on February 17, 2010.
The purpose of this seminar is to obtain information about the actual condition of institutional and technical management of the WET program which is one of the advance methods of water environment management to be applicable in Japan.
This seminar is open to the public.
