Grand Prix of First Biodiversity Japan Award Announced

At the first Biodiversity Japan Award Ceremony held today, the Grand Prix of the first Biodiversity Japan Award was awarded to the "Conservation of Paddy Field in Ravine Based Upon the Collaboration with Local Entities" implemented by Asaza Foundation which are nonprofit organization (NPO), Shiragiku Shuzo Co., Ltd., and Tanaka Shuzo Co., Ltd. Winner of the said award received a commendation from the Minister of the Environment, Mr. Sakihito Ozawa.
