Mr. Makoto Oniki, the Parliamentary Vice-Minister of the Environment, made an opening address at the Third Tripartite Policy Dialogue on Air Pollution among China, Japan and Korea. They exchanged the current status and the countermeasures of PM2.5 and discussed further cooperation on reducing air pollution.
