Low Carbon Cup 2018

The Low-Carbon Cup is to encourage schools, volunteers, NPOs and corporations, activities towards a low carbon society. It also provides opportunities for participants to gain valuable experience of sharing knowledge with others. Tono Ryokuho High School from Iwate Prefecture won the Grand Prix for its research project on using the fibres from the hops to make traditional Japanese paper.
