Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) in the field of Environment between the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, Thailand and the Ministry of the Environment, Japan

Minister Nakagawa and General Surasak Karnjanarat, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of Thailand signed a MoC on Environment fields. Subsequently, they were joined by State Minister Ito and State Minister Tokashiki for the first Japan-Thailand Environmental Policy Dialogue, where discussions took place on course of action for concrete cooperation based on the memorandum.
