Parliamentary Vice-Minister Katsumata attended and discussed at the high-level segment of UNEA-4, held from March 11 to 15 in Nairobi, Kenya. He outlined for a draft resolution (from Japan, Norway and Sri Lanka) on marine litter and microplastics.
