My name is Akio Takemoto, Ministry of the Environment, Japan.
On behalf of the Ministry, it is my great honor to be given
this opportunity to make a presentation at the occasion of the
ECO Asia Minister’s meeting in Yonago.

Today, I would like to overview APEIS project, before the presentation
of sub-projects in detail made by my colleagues.
First of all, I would like express what APEIS stand for, in
