All Parties to the Protocol on Environmental
Protection to the Antarctic Treaty must submit annual reports to the
Committee for Environmental Protection (CEP) and all Parties under Article
17 of the Protocol on Environmental Protection to the Antarctic Treaty.
Each annual report includes measures taken to implement the Protocol, response
to environmental emergencies in Antarctica, and any other action taken for
protecting the Antarctic environment. |

According to Resolution 6 (2001),
the Parties are encouraged to provide annual information of all activities
in the Antarctic on the web site (http://www.ats.aq/).
Ministry of the Environment provides information about Law Relating to Protection
of the Environment in Antarctica, the domestic law.
