We recommend especially the spacious lounge of the Visitor Center. From here visitors can view the great natural scenery unfolding throughout the four seasons at Lake Ashinoko and Mt. Hakone. When the weather is fine, enjoying the pleasant tingle of the sun rays, not a few visitors find themselves inadvertently staying for a much longer moment of rest than intended. Another enjoyable distraction is a chat with the Center's permanent staff members with their distinctive individual styles. The Visitor Center invites visitors to forget the regular noise of everyday life and spend some restful moments.
