Message from the Facility
The Hakone Skyline is a road that offers over its full length impressive scenery of Mt. Fuji from base to top in full view, with the additional merit that as a Gotenba - National Route 1 connection it allows circumventing the traffic congestion during pleasure trip periods from Sengokuhara toward the Moto-Hakone vicinity. Moreover, in recent years, parking lots have been built near toll stations, complete with bright and clean multi-purpose public toilets. Drivers will appreciate stopping over during a long car ride, for a break and some marveling at beautiful Mt. Fuji.
