The course gives you two options to choose from: the Highland Course, in which you can enjoy cycling across the boundless and beautiful natural landscape of the Hiruzen Three Peaks, and the Panorama Course, in which you take your bike through the pastures of the rural countryside. Both courses offer gastronomic delights, including a cheese atelier, a wild grape winery, and Hiruzen yakisoba (fried noodles), as well as sightseeing spots such as the Hiruzen Horse Park and the Shiogama-no-Reisen Spring. There are also many other leisure facilities—camping sites, inns, and hot springs—that will make your time in Hiruzen Highland even more enjoyable.
* When traveling by bicycle, be fully cautious of moving vehicles and pedestrians, and follow traffic rules.

Cycling on the Highland Course

The Highland Course offers a pleasant ride among the trees with wonderful views of the Hiruzen Three Peaks—Mt. Kami-Hiruzen, Mt. Naka-Hiruzen, and Mt. Shimo-Hiruzen—all of which are over 1,000 meters high. Most of the course consists of a safe cycling lane that runs parallel to, but separate from, the roadway.
