Message from the Facility
Our ski resort is just a five-minute drive from Akanko Onsen Town. To ensure everyone in the family can have as much fun as possible, the beginner’s slope and advanced slope are completely separated from each other, and there is a special sledding area for children. Also, because our slalom course is considered the most difficult in Japan, the FIS (International Ski Federation) holds its official slalom competition right here at the resort. You get an amazing view from the slopes, so Akan Lakeside National Ski Area is perfect for enjoying nature and the scenery while you are skiing.
