[Abstract]

About 20% of CO2 emission in the world was caused by the usage of automobiles. To reduce the emission, an electric vehicle(EV) is useful. But it is not spread in the society. The purpose of this project is to find the way to spread it. For the purpose, a ground up EV named ECO-Vehicle was designed and constructed. The completed vehicle was shown to and driven by many people to ask if this kind of EV could be selected or not.
