The strongest acidic hot spring in Japan boasting abundant hot water

The Tamagawa Onsen Village located at the foot of Mt. Akita-Yakeyama is the hot spa mainly based on hydrochloric acid, and unique in the world, unlike general hot springs, it is the hot spring mainly aimed at hot spring cure for "rest and relaxation."

With two hot springs as a source, a strongly acidic hot spring of pH 1.2 gushes out at 9,000 L/min from the discharge port called "Obuke (large blower)", and it boasts Japan's biggest amount as discharge from one discharge port.

It is also famous for producing "Hokutolite" including radium, and a natural rock bath using geothermal energy.

※ Because it is a strongly acidic hot spring, please be careful about the impact on precious metal and precision device.
