5.Plan Implementation and Other Items
  The Liaison Committee will make policy decisions Cconcerning outdoor recreational activities, e.g., hunting, harvesting edible wild plants, and fishing, governed by this management plan and, when appropriate, by the opinions of the local community.

Furthermore, this management plan shall be reviewed as the necessary to respond to social changeor other circumstances. At that time, the opinions of local community will be taken into consideration.
